Topic - Paul Ruddick, presented the K10 apprenticeship model, which was launched in 2009 to maximise apprentice numbers on large construction projects. Build UK is looking at developing a Construction Apprenticeship Network, which would include programmes such as K10, to match young people with suitable employers, support them throughout the apprenticeship journey, and track their progress using cards carrying the CSCS logo as a digital skills passport.
